Alastair has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry with over 18 of those dedicated to the Water and Sewer. Alastair joined YVE in 2017 and in that time seen the business continue to grow year on year. Alastair has the senior management team at YVE reporting directly to him and ensures that YVE maintains a wholistic approach to meeting the needs of our clients, the relevant authorities, and our workforce.

Lee has been with YVE for over 10 years and has more than 20 years industry experience, working in the water sector. Lee has experience working on major water infrastructure projects such. Lee is responsible for all field operations at YVE including all plant, logistics and field personnel. Lee has a constant drive for safe and efficient field operations, ensuring all our projects are delivered on time and on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Lucas has over 8 years’ experience in the civil construction industry delivering sewer and water infrastructure in both the public and private sector.

Lucas is responsible for the full project lifecycle of works under the external / infrastructure arm of YVE. He has delivered a range of complex sewer and water projects during his career, working closely with various authorities and stakeholders, to ensure works are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

Khaled has been with YVE for over 6 years and been involved in all areas of the business. Khaled’s experience includes starting with onsite sewer maintenance and now is Construction Manager, to leading a team of Project managers and Engineers in the Geelong & Ballarat. Khaled embraces both a strong site and office presence, assuring quality, safety and efficiencies are met at the highest standards and improved throughout the team.

Luke has over 13 years industry experience which includes significant experience in both Government and Private sectors. Luke started with YVE as a Project Manager and is now Construction Manager, leading a team that looks after the North region as well as medium density sector of our business.
